What to expect.
Every appointment follows the same thoughtful process, from design to your last touch-up.
Consultation and Design
Your artist starts with a full consultation covering your skin type, lifestyle, and goals, then maps a shape and style personalized to your face.
Numbing and Comfort
A surgical-strength topical anesthetic is applied before and during the procedure. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure, not pain.
The Procedure
Your technique (Nano, Hybrid, Ombré, or Microblading for brows) is chosen based on your skin type and desired look. Lip Blush follows the same custom approach.
8-Week Touch-Up
Your mandatory touch-up at 8 weeks is where your artist perfects the shape, fills any gaps, and locks in the final result. This step is not optional.
Minimum wait before your touch-up appointment after the initial session.
Avoid sun, swimming, and sweating for two weeks after your appointment.
A ColorBoost every 8–24 months keeps your results looking fresh and defined.
Pre-care guidelines.
Following these guidelines ensures your skin is in the best possible condition on appointment day and helps your results heal beautifully.
Stop blood thinners and fish oil
Discontinue blood thinners, fish oil supplements, and similar products at least 2 weeks before your appointment to reduce bleeding and improve pigment retention.
Pause retinols and exfoliants
Stop all retinol, retinoid, and exfoliant products at least 2 weeks before your appointment. These thin the skin and can affect how pigment settles.
No Botox or fillers
Wait at least 4 weeks before or after any Botox or filler injections. Schedule injectables after your brows have fully healed.
Limit alcohol and caffeine
Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine in the 24 hours before your appointment. Both can thin the blood and increase skin sensitivity.
Cold sore history: take antivirals
If you have any history of cold sores or oral herpes, you must obtain a prescription antiviral from your doctor. Take it starting 3 days before your appointment through 3 days after.
Required. No exceptions.Arrive 15 minutes early
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
No children during your appointment
Children are not permitted in the studio during your session. Please arrange childcare in advance so you can fully relax throughout your appointment.
