- Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by us
We are not responsible for adverse outcomes that arise because information was withheld, incomplete, or inaccurate, or because aftercare instructions were not followed.
6. No medical advice and results disclaimer
Our services and any information provided (online or in person) are for cosmetic and informational purposes only and are not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Results of permanent makeup can vary based on skin type and condition, aftercare compliance, lifestyle, medications, and previous work done by other artists. We do not guarantee specific results, exact color outcomes, or the longevity of results. Touch-up or color-boost sessions may be required and are typically charged separately unless otherwise stated.
7. Appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations
We may provide a detailed cancellation or deposit policy on our website, booking platform, or booking confirmation. By booking an appointment, you agree to any such policy that is provided at the time of booking.
In general, you understand and agree that:
- You are responsible for arriving on time to your appointment.
- Late arrival may reduce your service time or require rescheduling, which may be treated as a late cancellation under our policy.
