Non-Laser Removal

Saline Tattoo Removal

A gentle, natural alternative to laser removal for unwanted permanent makeup.

A Natural Way to Lift Unwanted Pigment

Saline tattoo removal is a non-laser method that uses a saline solution to lift pigment out of the skin. Unlike laser removal, it works on all pigment colors and does not cause the skin damage or hyperpigmentation associated with laser. The solution contains purified water, salt, and natural fruit seed extracts. It is implanted into the tattooed area using a technique similar to how permanent makeup is applied. The body's natural healing process draws the pigment to the surface, where it is shed as the skin heals. Safe, gentle, and effective for microblading, ombré brows, lip blush, and other PMU.

The Removal Process

1

Consultation

Your artist assesses the area, skin type, and pigment to create a removal plan. Number of sessions is estimated.

2

Numbing

Topical anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure.

3

Treatment

The saline solution is carefully implanted into the tattooed skin. The area will form a scab over the next few days.

4

Healing

Over 6-10 weeks, the scab lifts and carries pigment with it. Results are assessed and a follow-up session scheduled if needed. Most clients need 2-6 sessions spaced at least 6-8 weeks apart.

  • Healthy skin with no active conditions in the area

Not Recommended For

  • Large body tattoos (laser is more effective)
  • Clients prone to keloid scarring
  • Active skin conditions in the treatment area
  • Pregnancy or nursing
  • Diabetes or certain autoimmune conditions

$100

Per Session

  • 2-6 sessions typical
  • Sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart
  • Results assessed after each session

Does it hurt?

Topical numbing is applied before the procedure, making the sensation similar to permanent makeup application. Most clients find it very tolerable.

Will it fully remove the pigment?

Significant lightening is achievable for most clients. Full removal depends on pigment depth and color. Some pigments fade completely, while others require additional sessions. Your artist will give you a realistic estimate at your consultation.
